Jill is a fantastic athletic therapist. She worked with our son who is is a multi-sport athlete, after a recent injury. She helped him return safely to basketball and to continue fencing. Her assessment was thorough. And, she did an excellent job of explaining what she was seeing, and how each of the stretches and exercises would help. Our son has gone to other physiotherapists, chiropractors, etc, over the years and told us that this was the best experience. She equipped him with knowledge that will help him long term as an athlete. And, she does her work with great kindness. We are very happy to have her on our team.

Jill is an amazing athletic therapist who I recommend to anyone with any sort of pain or injury. I began to see Jill when I had been suffering from serious nerve pain for over a year. Within weeks of working with Jill I saw more progress than ever before. I was able to fence comfortably again for long periods of time after two months of consistently working together. Jill has been my number one since then, helping me overcome various injuries ranging from a concussion to a dislocated knee cap. Jill is Amazing. When I first went to her I could barely put any pressure on my knee at all and suffered from pain most of the previous fencing season. Three weeks later and I had almost no pain in my knee at all and can feel it actually getting stronger each day! She listened attentively and immediatly helped me to develop a set of routines to fix my posture and build strength and flexibility in my knee and hip.

Both my spouse and I workout with her, she designed a program for each of us that individually fits what we are looking to improve and tailored to our body styles. I'm a curvy slightly overweight woman and he's an athletic guy so having the programs tailored to each of us was awesome!!
