60 minute assessment of your injury includes a full body assessment and time permitting mini treatment. 

Following your assessment treatment may be necessary. This will involve a combination of functional movement skills, strength, balance, psychology, proprioception and pain management techniques. 

Exercise based program designed to help prevent injuries and help you maintain mobility an strength towards your sport or life goals. 

Initial Session includes a assessment of your biomechanics, goals and a mini workout. $89.25
